We have our setup at 95, Vidhi Apartments in Patparganj. It’s a part of Delhi 92. Triveni Glass Ltd has been operating from this apartment for a while now. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a place where we manage our glass orders for our customers. Dealing with glass in a city like Delhi means you’re always fighting the clock and the congestion on the roads. We handle the paperwork and the logistics from here. You can reach us on 22231142 if we’re not out at a factory or a delivery site. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s just a practical space where we can keep things organized for the week. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people who work with us have been doing so for years. Glass is heavy and fragile, so we have to be quite hands-on with everything we send out. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the glass from point A to point B without any issues or cracks. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet while we wait for shipments. Being in Patparganj is convenient for us. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We aren't interested in being the flashiest company in Delhi; we just want to make sure the orders are filled correctly and the deliveries happen when they’re supposed to.
