We operate out of a flat in Royal Apartment, J3/17, specifically Flat Number 1 in Murtwali Gali. It’s right in Laxminagar, which is always buzzing with people and traffic. Being in a flat means it’s a bit tight, but we make it work for Tristar Global Infrastructure Construction Pvt.Ltd. We’ve got our maps and project files spread out on the dining table most of the time. It’s a very practical way to run things without spending too much on a fancy office block. Laxminagar is a central spot, so getting around Delhi from here isn’t too bad if you know the shortcuts. The building is older, but it's sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and checking on various construction sites across the city. When we are back at the office, it’s usually to catch up on emails or fix the printer again. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the lanes here, but once you find us, it’s pretty quiet inside the flat. We aren't fancy people. We just like to get things built and keep the wheels turning. Working in a residential area like this keeps us grounded. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which isn't a bad thing. We've got a small kitchen where we make tea, which helps us through the long afternoons.
