This office is on the 3rd floor, so you have to walk up the stairs. We are near South Extn. II, at 65 Masjid Moth. Gangadhar Mahanty is usually around if you need to talk about a project. New Delhi is a busy place to do construction, especially in this neighborhood. The streets are narrow and it’s hard to find parking for the trucks. We do a lot of the planning from this small room. It’s full of samples of tiles and paint chips. We’ve been working out of this Delhi address for a long time. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more like a workshop. We talk a lot about costs and timelines because that’s what everyone cares about. Sometimes the neighbors in Masjid Moth see us moving materials in and out. It’s a bit of a squeeze but we make it work. We aren't a big name with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to get the builds finished. Most days are a mix of phone calls and visits to the actual construction sites to see how the work is progressing. Trimurti Construction Developer & Builders is a place where we just focus on the task at hand. We don't have time for fancy talk. We just want to make sure the roofs don't leak and the walls stay up for the people who hire us to build for them.
