Switch Control

Switch Control is located at No. 4665/15, tucked into the Jai Mata Market in Tri Nagar. It is a very crowded part of town, especially if you are coming from near Lawrence Road. Actually, it is really near Lawrence Road, just to be clear for anyone trying to find us in the maze of shops. The market is always buzzing with people looking for electrical parts or household items, and we are right in the thick of it. We spend our days surrounded by switches and various control panels. The shop is small and packed with boxes from floor to ceiling, so we have to be very organized to find anything quickly. Tri Nagar has a specific energy, with the narrow lanes and the constant sound of rickshaws passing by. Being near the main road helps because it is a major landmark for navigation. We don't have any big meetings or corporate talk here; we just answer the phone, talk to the walk-in customers, and check the stock. Most of us have been working here long enough that we can tell you where a specific part is without even looking at the labels. It gets hot in the summer with all the electronics and the lack of a breeze in the market, but we keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward business, dealing with switches and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. We just keep the shop running.
