Toto Sanitary

We are located in Prashant Vihar, over in Rohini. It’s a busy part of New Delhi. We deal with all sorts of sanitary items, the kind of stuff you need for bathrooms and kitchens. It’s a lot of porcelain and pipes. The shop gets crowded on weekends when people are renovating their homes. Delhi is always under construction somewhere, so there’s a steady stream of people looking for taps or sinks. We try to keep a good stock so people don’t have to wait. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes. The traffic around here is usually pretty bad, so getting deliveries in can be a headache. We aren't some big fancy showroom; it's more of a practical spot where you can see what you’re buying. We’ve been here in C-9 for quite some time now. You get to know the regulars, the plumbers, and the local contractors. It’s honest work. We don't use any high-pressure sales stuff. If you need a toilet or a washbasin, we probably have it. It’s just a regular business keeping the plumbing moving in this part of town. Sometimes we have to help customers figure out which parts fit together. It takes time, but that is part of the day. We keep the floor as clean as we can despite the dust from the street. It’s just us doing our thing in the city every day. We don't have anything big, just the shop.
