Our small office is located at B-89 in Shashi Garden, right in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. We operate under the name Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt. Ltd. Being in New Delhi, especially in a spot like Mayur Vihar, means we are always dealing with the city’s fast pace. The address is where we handle all the boring stuff like invoices and scheduling our service calls. Most of the real work happens out at the sites where the elevators are actually installed. It’s a lot of climbing up and down stairs while the lift is out of order, which keeps us fit, I suppose. We deal with everything from small residential lifts to larger ones in commercial spaces. Shashi Garden is a familiar neighborhood to us, and we’ve been working out of here for a good while. Some people find the address a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. It gives us a quiet place to organize our tools before heading out into the Delhi traffic. We aren't fancy people, just technicians who know their way around a control panel and a motor room.
