Our office is located at Flat 15 in Sita Ram Bhawan. We are tucked away in Atta Chaki Gali, which is part of the School Block in Shakarpur. It’s a busy area of New Delhi, near the S-539 marker. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. It’s a typical Delhi street—lots of noise, motorbikes, and people going about their business. Inside, it’s just us and our equipment. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. We handle our daily operations from this small space. It gets a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but it’s home for the business. There are no corporate layers here; you just talk to whoever is available. We usually have the fan going and some tea on the table. We work through the list of things that need to be done and try to keep everything organized. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best to stay on top of things. The 92 area code is where we’ve settled. We don't spend money on advertising or big promotions. We just stay here in the gali and do what we do. It’s a straightforward way to run things. Every morning starts with a fresh pot of tea and a look at the tasks for the day ahead.
