Tdi Infrastructure Limited

Our office for Tdi Infrastructure Limited is over at 288/C in Nyaya Khand 1st. If you know Indirapuram, you know how busy it gets around here. Ghaziabad always feels like it’s growing, and being right here in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we do all our planning. We have a lot of maps of Uttar Pradesh spread out on the desks. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have those fancy coffee machines; we usually just send someone down to the stall for a cup of ginger tea. The office has a lot of sunlight coming through the windows in the morning. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the materials are moving. It’s a lot of coordination. Usually, the phone is ringing about some site in another part of the city. We keep our records in stacks because there’s always something new to file. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We don't use much jargon or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to happen next and go do it. Being in Indirapuram means we are close to the sites we need to see, which is why we stayed here.
