We've been operating out of this Rajouri Garden office at V-12 for a good while now. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Most of the time, our desks are piled high with blueprints and site reports because we’re managing a lot of the heavy lifting for projects around the region. It isn't the quietest place to work, especially when the market nearby gets crowded, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Our team here is a mix of older engineers and some newer staff who are still learning the ropes. We don't really go for those fancy corporate lounge areas you see in movies. It’s a practical space where we drink a lot of tea and try to keep the schedules on track. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets stuck in Delhi traffic, but we manage to sort it out. We handle everything from vendor meetings to technical planning right here in this building. It’s just us, working hard to make sure the projects actually get finished. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a drawing or talking on the phone with a site supervisor. It’s not always pretty, but the work is solid and we take it one day at a time. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, yet we’re still here doing the same kind of stuff we started with.
