We are based in New Delhi at E 15 in Mansarovar Garden. This location is near the border with Haryana, which is why you see that in our address. We are a construction firm and this office is where we handle the planning and administrative side of things. The neighborhood is very busy, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. Our office is in a standard building and it feels very lived-in. We have been here for a long time, so there are stacks of old records and files everywhere. It’s not a polished or modern workspace. We have some basic desks and old chairs that have seen better days. We don’t have a receptionist, so someone from the back usually comes out if the bell rings. Most of our day is spent on the phone or going over site plans with the engineers. We drink plenty of tea and talk through whatever issues have come up on the jobs. It’s a very direct and practical environment. We don't use any fancy corporate language or try to impress anyone with the office decor. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the paper everywhere, but we have our own way of organizing things. It’s just an honest local business and we are quite comfortable working from this part of New Delhi.
