Taneja Developers & Infrastructures Ltd is over in Greater Noida. Our address is B-83, Chakrasia Estate, right in Sector Beta 1. This area has changed quite a bit since we first set up here. Sector Beta 1 is a pretty established part of town now, and being in Chakrasia Estate puts us right where a lot of the residential action is. The office is a regular space where we handle the day-to-day grind of construction and development projects. It's not a flashy showroom. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at blueprints on messy desks. We have a small team here. We know the local guys and the vendors around 201 308. It’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of Delhi, which is nice for getting work done. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with coffee. Usually, if you come in, someone will just point you to the right desk. We deal with lots of paperwork because that is just the nature of infrastructure work. It gets busy during the summer months when construction is in full swing. We just try to keep things moving forward. It’s a local office for local work, and we like it that way. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the projects.
