Taneja Developers & Infrastructures Ltd. ( Tdi ) Delhi

We are Taneja Developers & Infrastructures Ltd, though people often just see the Tdi name on our files. This particular office is located at 62-A, Dhawalgiri Apts. in Sector-11, Noida. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are based in an apartment complex. It makes the work feel a bit more personal, being in a residential area like Sector-11. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors are used to us by now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and stacks of maps. There isn't a lot of space for anything fancy. We handle a lot of the coordination for our Delhi projects from here. Being in U.P. but so close to the border makes it convenient for us. Most days are spent chasing down updates or meeting with people who live nearby. It is a very practical environment. We don't have a polished corporate look at all. Sometimes it’s a bit cluttered with all the project files, but we know where everything is. People call us to ask about the different sites we are working on. We try to be helpful and give them the facts without any fluff. It is just how we operate. Sector-11 is a good spot, and being in Dhawalgiri Apts. keeps us grounded in the local community.
