Taneja Developers & Infrastructure Ltd

We are Taneja Developers & Infrastructure Ltd, but this particular office is in I-501 Neel Padam Kunj in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. We are located right in the Uttar Pradesh side of the NCR. It is a residential apartment complex, so our office feels more like a home than a business center most of the time. We have a lot of neighbors who see us coming and going throughout the day. Working in Vaishali is convenient because we are close to many of our development sites in Ghaziabad. We have a lot of papers, site photos, and contracts sitting on our desks. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it relaxed for everyone here. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a group of people working on local building projects. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons visiting the actual construction sites to see how things are moving along. The traffic in Ghaziabad can be a headache, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any polished slogans or fancy brochures to give out. We just talk to people plainly about what we are building and when it will be finished. It’s about being practical and getting the work done. Our office in Neel Padam Kunj is our home base where we figure out all the details. It works for us and we like the community feel of being in an apartment building. It keeps us grounded and focused.
