Taneja Developers & Infrastructure Ltd- (Tdi)

We are Taneja Developers & Infrastructure Ltd, but most folks around here just call us Tdi. Our main spot is located at B-5, on the first floor in Gali No. 27. That is right in Mohindra Park, not too far from the Adarsh Nagar area in New Delhi-27. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is tucked away in one of those lanes that everyone knows once they find it. We have been working out of this space for some time now. Dealing with property and all the infrastructure work we do means there is always someone coming in or out. It is not some high-rise glass building; it is just a regular first-floor office where we keep our files and meet people. Life in Delhi moves fast, and we try to keep up with the projects we have going on. Usually, you’ll find a few of us sitting around desks, talking about plans or sorting out local permits. It can get a bit loud with the street noise outside, but that is just part of being in Mohindra Park. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look perfect. We focus on the tasks at hand. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes just to check on things or ask questions about land. We try to give them straight answers without a lot of fuss. It is a practical way to run a business.
