Tamanna Realtors is based at 231 Malviya Nagar. It is a pretty active neighborhood and we have been set up here for a while. The office isn't very big, just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about property. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets looking at different houses and shops. Malviya Nagar always has something going on, so it is a good place to be. We handle various real estate matters, like when someone wants to buy a flat or sell a plot of land. Parking near the office can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, which we know is annoying for people coming to see us. We are not some big national chain of realtors. It is just a small operation here. My phone is constantly buzzing with messages about prices or site visits. We have a lot of folders full of property details tucked away in the back. Sometimes we just sit outside the tea stall around the corner and talk to the neighbors. That is how we hear about what is going on in the local market. It is a simple way of doing business. We don't have any polished marketing scripts or anything like that. We just know the local area and try to keep our facts straight for whoever walks in. It is a lot of walking around and talking, but we like it.
