The office for T B S Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Flat No. M-1(C) at Krishna Kunj, which is in Shalimar Garden Extn. Ii. It’s a quiet enough spot in Sahibabad, right on the edge of Ghaziabad. We have been here at A-110 for quite some years now. Most people find us by looking for the Krishna Kunj gates. Inside, it looks like a typical engineer's space. There are stacks of technical drawings everywhere and some old computers that still work fine for what we do. We aren't really the type to wear suits unless we have a big meeting in New Delhi. Usually, it's just us in shirts and trousers, figuring out calculations or checking over project specs. Being in U.P. but so close to the Delhi border makes things interesting for travel. The stairs up to the flat are a bit steep, and the tea stall down the road is where we get our morning break. We handle a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people, but we enjoy the challenge of making things work. It’s a small operation here, and everyone knows everyone else’s name. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. We just show up, do the engineering work, and make sure the files are in order before heading home to our families.
