T. A. Traders International

T. A. Traders International is based out of F-163-A, Flat No. F2, in Dilshad Colony. It’s a bit unusual to run a trading business from a flat, but it works for us. We don’t need a huge warehouse right here because most of the stuff we deal with moves from one place to another without ever sitting in our living room. Our office is basically just a couple of rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking emails about shipments and prices. Trading is a lot about timing and knowing who to talk to. We’ve been in Dilshad Colony for quite a while, and it’s a nice, quiet place to work compared to the busy markets. We deal with various goods, whatever seems to be moving well at the time. It’s not a glamorous life, just a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is on time. Sometimes a shipment gets stuck somewhere and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to track it down. That can be pretty stressful, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We aren't trying to be some global giant. We just want to keep the business steady and reliable for our partners. It feels like a solid way to earn a living here.
