Syncon Infrastructure Services (I) Pvt Ltd is based in Dwarka, specifically in the Sansad Vihar Apartments. Our office is A401, right in Sector 3. It is a bit different running an infrastructure business out of an apartment building, but it works for us. We have our computers set up and a table for meetings that usually ends up covered in tea cups and maps. New Delhi is a fast place, and Dwarka is no different. We spend a lot of our time coordinating things over the phone or heading out to various project sites across the city. It is a lot of logistics and making sure people show up when they are supposed to. We don't have a big shiny lobby or a guy in a suit waiting at the door. You just come up the elevator and knock. We have been doing this for a few years now. It’s a small group of us who actually know how the industry works. We deal with the day-to-day headaches of permits and supplies without complaining too much. The view from the fourth floor is alright, but we don't spend much time looking out the window. There is usually too much paperwork to get through. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the projects stay on track. We are just regular people trying to get the job done right in a very big city.
