Syed Builders (P) Ltd.

We are located at G-60 on Muradi Road, right in the Batla House area of New Delhi. It’s a very active part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of all that energy. Syed Builders has been operating from this New Delhi-25 spot for some time now. The building is easy to spot if you know the road, and we’re usually around from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s a typical construction office, so expect to see some dust on the shelves and stacks of bricks or samples sitting in the corner. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. It’s just a place where real work gets done. We spend a lot of time talking to foremen and suppliers, trying to make sure the materials arrive when they’re supposed to. Sometimes the traffic on Muradi Road makes things a bit slow, but that’s just life in Delhi. Our team is small but we know what we’re doing. We focus on building things that last and keeping our projects on track without a lot of unnecessary drama. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things by hand, but we prefer it that way. We aren't much for fancy speeches or marketing. We just like to get our hands dirty and see a building go up from the ground. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like being part of the local community.
