We've been at Bhagirath Palace for a while now. If you know the area, it’s always busy around the Moti Cinema Compound. Our shop is on the second floor of the BMS Center, tucked away at number 15. It isn't a massive place, but we keep a good stock of switches and electrical stuff that people usually need for their projects. Chandni Chowk can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, especially trying to find specific buildings like 1487/2. We spend most of our day handling orders and talking to electricians or contractors who drop by. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes around and checking lists. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It’s more about getting the right parts out the door for Switch Mart India. Sometimes the traffic outside makes deliveries a real headache, but that’s just life here in this part of Delhi. We’ve seen the market change quite a bit over the years. New types of switches come in, and the old ones fade out. We just try to keep up with what folks are asking for. If you’re coming up to the second floor, just look for the sign near the stairs. It’s pretty straightforward once you get inside the building. We’re usually here until the evening when the market starts winding down. It’s a noisy spot but we like being right in the middle of all the action. We often have to shout over the noise of the traffic.
