We are Swen Medical Devices Private Limited, and you can find us at No. 54-D in the Sundar Apartment complex. It’s right on the Outer Ring Road in Paschim Vihar, so the noise from the traffic is pretty much constant throughout the day. We’ve got a small setup here where we deal with different kinds of medical devices. It’s not a huge corporate office or anything, just a practical space where we manage our inventory and talk to our regular customers. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls because these medical items have a lot of details to get right. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit of an interesting spot for a business like ours. We’ve got a few people working in the back and a couple of us up front. We don’t really do big speeches about what we do. It’s just about getting the orders packed and making sure the delivery guys know which way to go. Most days are just spent trying to keep up with the demand. It gets a bit chaotic when three different shipments arrive at once, but we usually figure it out by the end of the day. It is just a regular job for us and we like the location well enough.
