We run Svp Builders(I) Ltd from our base in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. This part of the country is always growing, and we are right in the middle of it all. Our work is centered on building and construction, so we spend a lot of time out in the sun or around a lot of machinery noise. The office is where we handle the permits and the payroll for the crews. It isn't a polished corporate space with fancy art. Instead, you will find muddy boots near the door and a lot of maps spread out over the tables. We have been part of the Ghaziabad community for a long time and we like being a local business. We don't use fancy slogans or try to act like a giant firm. We just take on building projects and try to do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or a supplier issue, and we just have to handle it. That is just the reality of the building trade. Our team has been with us through many different projects. We don't care about flashy advertisements; we just want the finished buildings to show what we can do. It is a busy life, but we wouldn't want to do anything else. We are just local people building for our city. We just try to get things done right and keep our clients informed as we go.
