Svil Mines Ltd- Floriana Group- 3500Crrs is based over at 61, Priyadarshini Apartments, in the A-4 block of Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we are essentially a mining-focused outfit working from a residential apartment complex. This gives our workspace a very different feel compared to the typical office buildings downtown. It’s more relaxed and a bit more personal. We have converted the rooms into workspaces where we manage the heavy-duty side of the mining business. There are blueprints and project files scattered across the tables. We handle the paperwork for large-scale operations, so there is always a sense of scale to what we do, even if the office is small. The apartment setting means we sometimes hear the sounds of the neighbors, which reminds us we are part of a community. We don't have any polished marketing materials lying around or a big corporate mission statement on the wall. We just have our logs and our phones. The staff here works hard to keep everything in order, even when the volume of work gets a bit much. It’s an honest way to work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up as something else. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in Paschim Vihar, making sure the mining operations stay on track and everything runs as smoothly as possible.
