Our office for Sushil Jain Associates is tucked away in Pandav Nagar, specifically in Ur Vihar-I. Being in East Delhi means we are right in the middle of a very busy area. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we’ve seen how much the city has changed. We handle a variety of associate tasks related to the construction and building world. It’s not a fancy setup at F-289. It’s just an office where we meet and talk about projects. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because we’ve been here so long. We deal with a lot of the technical side of things, making sure the drawings are right and the plans actually make sense for the space we have. Delhi is a tight city, so you have to be careful with how you use every inch of ground. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people and sometimes it gets frustrating when things don’t go as planned. We just try to keep a level head and get through the day’s tasks. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking over documents. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just provide a service that people in the area need and we try to do it right. We know the lanes here like the back of our hands and that helps.
