Surie Polex

Surie Polex is right on the Naraina Ring Road at number 4. If you’ve ever driven down the Ring Road, you know how hectic it gets with all the trucks and cars zooming by. Our building sits right there on the edge of all that movement. It’s an older structure, but it’s solid. Inside, you’ll find us working away on whatever the day has brought. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, so the floors are pretty worn out. There is always a layer of dust that seems to settle no matter how much we sweep. We have a small crew and we’ve all been together for quite a while. The noise from the road is constant, like a background hum that you eventually stop hearing. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door helps whoever walks in. We keep a stash of biscuits and some tea fixings in the corner for breaks. Most of our work involves practical stuff that doesn't need much explanation. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. We just talk across the room to get things decided. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it suits the kind of work we do. Being near the Ring Road makes it easy for transport, even if the noise and the exhaust are a bit much sometimes. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks.
