It’s a busy neighborhood, very typical for this part of the city. We don't have a fancy showroom or a glass-fronted office. We work right out of the flat where we can keep an eye on everything. It’s a practical way to run a construction business without spending too much on overhead. People around Madangear know us by name, and Mohammad Sajid is usually around to chat if someone has a question. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people just seeing us around or hearing about us from their cousins or neighbors. It’s a bit noisy outside sometimes with all the traffic and people, but that’s just Delhi for you. We just try to do a decent job on every project we take on. There aren't any big promises or corporate slogans here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We like being tucked away in the D.D.A. flats where we can just focus on our daily tasks.
