Supertech Signs

We are over at 164, Part-1 in Pratap Vihar, Nangloi. Supertech Signs is basically a workshop where we make all kinds of signs. You’ll see scraps of vinyl and metal sheets lying around most of the time. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't have a big fancy showroom like the places in the mall. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone cutting material or squinting at a design on an old computer monitor. The floor is usually covered in bits and pieces from whatever project we’re working on that afternoon. We get a lot of dust from the road, but we try to keep the finished stuff clean. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We play the radio sometimes, and there’s usually a bit of shouting over the noise of the cutters. We’ve been at this for a while now. We know the local shops and the guys who deliver our materials in their small trucks. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the orders on time so we can go home. The weather in Nangloi gets pretty rough, either too dusty or too wet, but the shop stays open. It’s a simple setup, just some tools, some materials, and a few of us trying to make a living in Pratap Vihar.
