If you head over to Mayur Vihar Phase I, you’ll find us at Plot No 48 in Pratap Nagar. Sunil Properties has been a fixture here for quite some time. We’re right in the middle of the action in Pratap Nagar. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving in and out. We spend most of our time out on the street looking at properties or sitting at the desk going over maps and documents. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many maps pinned to the walls. It’s how we keep track of everything. We aren't fancy people. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the locals about what’s happening on the block. People come to us when they are tired of looking at things online and just want to talk to someone who actually walks these streets every day. We know which buildings are good and which ones have issues with the plumbing or the parking. That’s the kind of stuff you only learn by being here for years. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just show you what is available and let you decide. It’s a straightforward way of doing business and it seems to work for the people in Mayur Vihar. Pratap Nagar is a place where everyone is in a hurry, but we try to take our time with people so they don't feel rushed. We’ve got a couple of old chairs for visitors that are actually quite comfortable if you don't mind the worn-out fabric.
