At A-45, Suraj Park, in Section 18 of Rohini, you’ll find the office for Suncity Projects Pvt. Ltd. It’s up in the north part of Delhi, and it’s a busy area with a lot of houses and small shops all around us. Our office is tucked into a spot that works well for us, even if it’s not the biggest place in the world. We have our desks set up and our files organized in a way that only we really understand. It’s a working office, meaning there is usually some clutter and a lot of activity throughout the day. We don't bother with corporate speak or trying to sound like a multinational firm. We’re just local people working on projects that matter to the area. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the office a bit stuffy, but we just turn on the AC and keep going. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are progressing. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’ve been in Rohini for long enough that we know where to get the best lunch nearby and which roads to avoid during rush hour. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it’s where all the real work happens every single day. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, there’s always a spare chair and some water ready for them.
