It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, so there’s always a lot of noise and dust from the nearby factories. Our office is tucked away in a corner. It’s not much to look at, but it’s where we do all our planning. We’ve been here for several years. The team is just a handful of people who live nearby. We usually walk or ride our bikes to work. The office is a bit messy because we have samples of materials and old files everywhere. We don't really have a cleaning crew, so we just tidy up ourselves. It’s a very hands-on place. We don't use a lot of fancy words. We just talk about the projects and what needs to be delivered. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful. But usually, it’s just a steady flow of work. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay busy and pay the bills. We know the other business owners on the block and sometimes we grab lunch at the local dhaba. It’s a regular life for us here in U.P. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work that needs to be finished. Every day is a bit different, but we mostly just stick to our routine.
