Sumti Electrical Industries

Sumti Electrical Industries is tucked away at 8/118A, Karan Street in Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara. This part of Delhi is always moving, and our street is no different. We are a small industrial unit where we spend most of our time working with wires and electrical fittings. The machines make a steady rhythm all day long, which you get used to after a while. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear work clothes because things can get greasy or dusty pretty fast. The workspace is divided into a small front area and the main production floor in the back. We have a lot of spools of wire and metal bits sitting around in bins. Our team is small, mostly just local folks from around Shahdara who know the trade. We don’t have a big glossy brochure or a fancy website. We just focus on the orders we have for the week and make sure they get finished on time. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the workshop pretty tough to stay in, but we have a few big fans that keep the air moving. Lunch is usually a quiet time when we sit out front for a bit of air. It’s a simple operation, really. We just make sure the machines are running and the work is good enough for our customers. No one here is looking for fame, just a steady day of work.
