We’re located over in Sector-46 of Faridabad, at Plot Number 42. Suman Ceramics has been around this part of Haryana for a while. We deal with all things ceramic—tiles, fittings, and that sort of thing. Our place is more of a warehouse and office combined, so it’s always a bit busy with people moving boxes around. We aren't a high-end boutique. We’re a practical shop for people who need good ceramics for their homes or projects. The dust from the warehouse usually finds its way into the office, but that’s just part of the trade. We don't have a big sales team trying to talk you into things you don't need. Usually, it's just one of us showing you what we have in stock. We get a lot of local builders and homeowners coming through. We’ve learned a lot about what people in Faridabad like over the years. It’s a lot of inventory management and making sure the deliveries don't get mixed up. We aren't perfect; sometimes a shipment is late or a tile gets cracked, but we always try to make it right. We don't use any of that corporate talk about excellence or being the leader in the industry. We are just a local business trying to make a living and providing decent ceramics to the neighborhood. If you come by, you’ll likely see us drinking chai and looking over the stock lists. It’s honest work, and we like it that way. We just keep doing our thing.
