Our business is located at B 247 in Gali No. 5, right near the Jagdamba Market in Sultanpuri. It is a very local area, and the lane is quite narrow, so things can get a bit tight when deliveries are being made. Aman Vihar is right there as well, so there are always people walking past the front door. We have been here for a good while and have seen the market change over the years. Our shop is a simple room where we keep our stock and do our daily business. It is not very big, but we use every inch of the wall space for storage. We know most of the people who work in the nearby shops in the gali. On hot days, we put a small fan in the corner to keep the air moving, but it still gets pretty stuffy. The sounds of children playing in the street and the vendors calling out their prices are just part of our workday. We don't have a website or any big marketing stuff. People usually find us just by walking through the market or hearing about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time sitting on stools, sorting through items or chatting with whoever stops by. It is a very grounded way to work. We just open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and close up when the sun goes down. It is a basic setup in a busy neighborhood.
