Sai Creations Delhi is tucked away here, and it’s a tight fit sometimes, but it works for what we do. The mornings start early because the street gets crowded fast. You learn to work with the noise of the traffic and the people walking by. Our spot at 5/1 isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we’re always moving. There’s always stuff piled up that needs sorting. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s about the daily grind and making sure the orders are moving. If you’re looking for us, you just head into the heart of Subhash Nagar. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the water is slow, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We’ve got our routine down. It’s mostly just us drinking chai and looking at spreadsheets or packing boxes until the sun goes down. We aren't trying to be something we're not.
