Studio Zero Architects & Builders Pvt Ltd

Our office is over in Vasant Kunj, specifically in Sector A, Pocket C. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, but we’ve managed to carve out a space for Studio Zero Architects & Builders Pvt Ltd here. We do both the design side and the actual building part, so there's always something going on. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually focus on the sketches. Being in 62 Sector A means we're right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time on site or stuck in Delhi traffic moving between projects. It’s not always glamorous work, involves a lot of dust and dealing with contractors, but it's what we do. The office itself is just a regular workplace where we keep all our files and meeting notes. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. There's a lot of paperwork with the building side of things, as you can imagine in a city like this. We've been at this address for a bit and the neighbors know us. It’s a mix of drawing up plans and then making sure the guys on the ground are following them correctly. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. We just show up every day and try to get the projects finished. It is a long process but we stay busy with it every single week.
