You can find us at House No 2001 in Kotla Mubarakpur. It’s a very busy part of the city. Sterlite Industries (I) Ltd has been based here for quite some time. If you know this area, you know how crowded the streets can get. It’s full of life and noise, which we’ve grown to like. Our office is inside an older building. It has a bit of character, even if the stairs are a little narrow and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We don’t really care about having a slick, modern look. We’re more interested in getting through our daily list of things to do. There are only a few of us here most days. We handle everything from answering the phones to sorting out deliveries. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when multiple things happen at once. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our decisions are made over a quick talk by the water cooler. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big titles or fancy words. We are just people working in Kotla Mubarakpur. Some days are harder than others, but we always show up and do what’s needed. It’s a small, practical setup that fits the way we like to do things. No fuss, just work.
