Steria India(P)Ltd

Our place is located at House No: C-162 in Brijvihar, which is part of the Surya Nagar area in Ghaziabad. It is a residential house that we use for our operations at Steria India(P)Ltd. Being in a house instead of a big office park makes the whole workday feel a bit different. We do not have a big sign on the roof or a security guard at a gate. You just come to the front door like you are visiting a neighbor. Inside, we have set up our computers and desks in the rooms. It is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot of files to organize, but it works well enough for us. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for concentrating, though you do hear the occasional street vendor or car horn. We take our lunch breaks in the kitchen area or sometimes go out to the local market nearby if we need some fresh air. The commute for the staff is not too bad since many of us live in Uttar Pradesh or nearby parts of Delhi. We are not into the whole corporate culture of meetings about meetings. We just sit down, do what needs to be done, and then head home. It is a practical setup for a company like ours, and we like the casual feel of working in Brijvihar.
