We are located right at 4C, Haryana Estate on Sikandra Road in New Delhi. It's a central spot which makes getting around easier, though the traffic on Sikandra Road can be a real headache some days. Our company is Steelbazar E Services Pvt Ltd. We focus on the digital side of the steel business. Basically, we spend our time on computers handling various e-services. It's a lot of data entry and coordination. The office isn't huge but it fits our team just fine. We started this because we saw a need for better online tools in the trade. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be troubleshooting a technical glitch and the next we are talking to clients about their accounts. We try to be helpful whenever someone calls with a question. New Delhi is a fast place to live and work. We have been in this building for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. It feels like a small community even in a big city like this. We don't use much fancy jargon. We just tell people what we do and how it works. If you ever stop by, you'll probably see us buried in spreadsheets. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about at a party, but it’s important for keeping things moving in the industry. We just try to do a decent job every day and head home. That’s pretty much the whole story.
