Starcon Infra Projects (I) Pvt. Ltd. is based in 261, Ankur Apartments. We are located in 7 I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi. Working from an apartment complex like this gives the business a very different vibe. It is much more private and quieter than being on a main commercial street. To get to us, you have to go through the main gate of the society. We have turned a couple of the rooms into our main working area. There is a lot of green space around the buildings, which is nice when you need to take a five-minute break and walk outside. Inside the office, it looks like a mix between a home and a workplace. We have bookshelves filled with technical manuals and binders. Our desks are pushed against the walls to make more room in the middle. The kitchen in the apartment is where we keep the kettle and our lunch boxes. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear formal clothes unless we really have to for a meeting elsewhere. Most days it is just the sound of typing and the occasional doorbell. Patparganj is a good location because it is connected well to the rest of Delhi. We have been here for a while and the security guards at the gate know us all by name. It is a comfortable way to run a business without all the stress of a big office block.
