We’re located over in Laxmi Nagar, specifically in Ramesh Park at 208/10. We share some space with the folks from Ruby Export International and Iqbal Ahmad Haidri. It’s a lively part of East Delhi, and things can get pretty cramped and noisy on this side of the river. Star Estates Management is just a small operation trying to keep things moving in the property world. We don’t have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and go through the ledgers and tenant lists. The Delhi 95 area is always changing, with new people moving in and others moving out, so there is never a dull moment. We spend a lot of time walking around the local streets checking on buildings. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming with the amount of paperwork involved in managing estates, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We don't pretend to be some giant firm. We’re just here in the middle of the neighborhood, doing our bit. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a call or find a file, but we’ll get to you eventually. It’s a very human way of doing business, and we think that’s why people around Ramesh Park seem to stick with us over the years instead of going somewhere else.
