Our office is located at F-5 on Lawrence Road, right by the fire station in Delhi-35. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the station is. Star Estate Management is mostly about keeping things organized and making sure properties are looked after. It’s a lot of phone calls, dealing with keys, and checking on various sites across the city. The Lawrence Road area can get quite congested with all the industrial traffic, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the background while we work. We’ve been in this office for a bit, and it’s definitely not a luxury suite. It’s got a few chairs, some old cabinets, and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the road too, because you can’t really manage estates from behind a desk all day. We deal with all sorts of people, from landlords to tenants, and we just try to keep everyone on the same page. It’s not always easy, especially when things break or there’s a disagreement, but we just handle it step by step. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done and we try to get to it as fast as the Delhi traffic allows us. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by pretty fast when you are constantly moving.
