Our place is at D-62 in the DDA Flats in Pandav Nagar, New Delhi. These DDA flats have been around for a long time, and our office has that lived-in feel to it. Star Alubuild Pvt Ltd is tucked away here. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the layout of Pandav Nagar, but we like the community feel of the area. There is always something happening outside, people hanging out laundry or neighbors chatting. Our office is just one of the units, filled with our desks, some samples of aluminium work, and a lot of folders. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have all the staff in at once, but we make it work. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a breather. We don't have any fancy decor or modern art on the walls, just a calendar and maybe some notes taped up. It is a very basic, functional space for us to manage the business. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and don't worry about the rest. Being in a DDA flat keeps our overheads low and lets us just be a regular local business. It is a humble spot, but it is where all our planning and coordination happens every single day for the building projects.
