Stanley Works India (P) Ltd.

Our office is over at 4/24A, A. B. House on Asaf Ali Road. If you know the area, you know it's always buzzing with activity. We are Stanley Works India. Most people know the name because of the tools, but here at the office, it’s mostly just administrative stuff and handling the local side of things. It’s an old building, A. B. House, and it has some character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We have rows of desks and filing cabinets that are mostly full. It’s not the quietest place to work because Asaf Ali Road is always loud, but you stop hearing it after a while. We aren't doing any heavy manufacturing here; it’s more about the logistics and making sure the supplies get where they need to go in India. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and it feels like we’ll never get through it, but we always do. We’ve got a mix of people who have been here for years and some new faces too. It’s just a regular office doing regular work. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
