Standard Testing Laboratory, Nabl Accrediated Laboratory

Our lab is located at 18/3B in a back lane of Tilak Nagar. It is on the ground floor, which is lucky because it stays a bit cooler than the upper floors. Standard Testing Laboratory is an NABL accredited place, so we have to keep everything very organized and clean inside. However, the lane outside is just a normal New Delhi street with all its usual mess and noise. We spend our days testing different materials and products. It is quiet work that requires a lot of focus. We have various machines and tools set up in the different rooms. Even though the work is technical, we are just a regular group of people. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. Tilak Nagar is a very lively neighborhood, and there is always something going on just around the corner from our back lane. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People find us because they need things tested properly. We have a few lab coats hanging up, but we don't act like we are in a movie. It is just a practical space for doing important measurements. We have been in this ground floor spot for a while and we have gotten used to the quiet rhythm of the back lane. We just come in, do our tests, and go home.
