Our office is actually located at the home of Mahesh Kumar, who is an advocate. We are in Plot No-24, North of A.G.Colony in the Ashiyana Nagar area, specifically Chetna Colony in Patna. The company name is Stambh Constructions Pvt.Ltd.,Delhi and while we have ties to Delhi, this is where we handle the Patna side of things. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We have a room set aside for the business stuff. It's filled with files, site reports, and some older computers. Since we are in construction, we are often out looking at sites or meeting with suppliers. The office is our quiet place to handle the legal and financial parts of the job. Mahesh helps out with a lot of that. It’s a family-style environment here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local projects. Patna has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to navigate it over the years. We aren't some big corporation with a glass building. We are just local people trying to build things right. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out. It’s part of the life here. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. If people want to see our work, they just go look at the buildings we've finished. The garden outside Plot 24 is nice when it rains, though the mud can be a mess.
