We have our setup at P-11 in the Hauz Khas Enclave. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, and being here makes it easy for us to stay connected with the various projects we have going on. The office is located in a residential style building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile workplace. We handle infrastructure work, so there are always plenty of blueprints and site reports spread out over the tables. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s more of a place where we can actually get things done without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different teams and checking on the progress of various sites. The rooms are a bit packed with files since we’ve been doing this for a long time and have a lot of records to keep. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done and the people we know. Sometimes we have meetings around the dining table because it’s the biggest flat surface we have for the drawings. It’s a comfortable way to work, and it suits us. Being in Hauz Khas is convenient, and we like the quiet atmosphere of the enclave compared to the busier parts of Delhi. It’s just us here, working through the daily grind and making sure the paperwork for the infrastructure jobs stays in order.
