S.Suncon Realtors Pvt. Ltd is located on the 4th floor at 3/93 in the Kalkaji DDA Flats. If you know New Delhi, you know that the DDA flats are everywhere, and our office is right in one of those blocks. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of exercise every day. It is a typical Delhi office setup. We do not have any glossy finishes or expensive art on the walls. It is just a place where we sit and handle real estate matters. There are desks, some old files, and a few computers. Usually, the morning is about catching up on messages and looking at property details. Kalkaji is a very active area, and there is always something happening outside. We hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We do not use any fancy talk to describe what we do. It is mostly just paperwork and talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. The staff is small, and we all do a bit of everything. Sometimes the lifts don't work or it gets too hot in the summer, but we manage. We have been in these flats for a while, and people in the area know our address. It is a practical office for a local business. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in the city. There isn't much more to it than that.
