S.S. Developers

Kashmere Gate is always loud and crowded. That’s where S.S. Developers is located. We’ve been around this area for quite some time. You can hear the traffic from our windows all day long. It's just part of the job. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to people on the phone. Our office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders. We started this because we knew the area well. We saw how things were changing around here. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we just wait it out. There’s no point getting stressed over small things. We handle the paperwork and the site visits. It's a lot of running around, honestly. People think being a developer is all about big buildings, but for us, it’s mostly just checking details. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the busy weeks. The local shops know us by name. It’s a good community, even if it is a bit chaotic outside. We try to be honest with everyone who walks in. If we can't do something, we just say so. No need to make things up. We’ve stayed in Kashmere Gate because it’s central. Everything we need is right here. It gets dusty, and the stairs are steep, but it’s our spot. We just keep doing what we do every day. The rain makes the streets messy, but we still go out to check on things. We don't mind the noise anymore.
