Our office is located on East Street in Allur, which is part of the Sethiyathope post area in Chidambaram. Being here in Cuddalore means we are quite a distance from the big city rush, which suits us just fine. People around here know us as the folks who help out with project details. It is a small setup. We have a few desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Sethiyathope is a place where people still stop to talk to each other on the street. We get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask a quick question about a land project or some construction they are planning. We spend our mornings looking over plans and our afternoons often out in the field. The weather can be a bit tough during the monsoon season, and sometimes the roads to Allur get a bit muddy. But we manage. We aren't trying to be some high-level consultants from a skyscraper. We are just local people who understand how things work in this specific part of the state. We use plain language and try to keep things simple for everyone. It is mostly about giving practical advice and making sure the projects don't run into obvious trouble. We have been on East Street for long enough that the postman doesn't even need to look at the house number anymore. It's just home for us.
