We are based out of House No 209/A in Savitri Nagar. It is pretty close to Malviya Nagar here in New Delhi. The house is where we do all our planning and phone calls. It’s a regular residential area, so it’s a lot quieter than the main roads which is nice. We have our mobile number, 09811144387, which is usually the best way to reach us since we are often out at different job sites across the city. Construction in Delhi involves a lot of back and forth, so we are rarely sitting still for long. The office is just a couple of rooms filled with files, some old chairs, and a laptop that has seen better days. We don't have any big signs outside on the gate. Most people who come here are workers or suppliers we’ve known for a long time now. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. Sometimes we’re arguing about material costs and other times we’re just sitting around having chai while waiting for a delivery truck to arrive. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just do the work and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. There’s always something needing attention, whether it’s a permit or a site issue. We just keep at it every day. The neighborhood is friendly enough, and we have been in this house for quite a while now.
